The Ministry of Communications of the Emirate of Bir Tawil is officially announcing that it has built a test domain for the Internationalized ccTLD طويل. for use by the Emirate of Bir Tawil, and has submitted the proposal to ICANN for possible acceptance. The Emirate feels that this is a major step for both Ministry of Communications and the Emirate itself towards modernization and proving itself to the world. According to Cesidian Law, a nation can be claimed by having control of a ccTLD, and we feel these steps proves our control of this land under Cesidian Law, another major step towards full independence.
